Honey Wine aged in bourbon barrels
One of our most famous meads. Episode 13 is made with the finest orange blossom honey and buckwheat honey, then aged in bourbon barrels.
ABV varies per batch, but is usually between 14 and 17%
375ml bottle
Serve cellar temperature (about 55F) in a snifter or red wine glass.
Goes well with roasted meats and cheese, or a fine cigar.
